If you choose to use your insurance, you will only be responsible for your copay, coinsurance and deductible, if applicable, at the time of the session. Please read the last paragraph on this page. $150 - Initial Session $110 - 45/50 Minute Individual, Couple or Family Session   $60 - 90 Minute Group Session   $30 - Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice   $60 - No Shows Therapy via telephone and email is also available to clients after initial session Charges incurred for services not covered by insurance will be your responsibility and may include  consultation via telephone or mail with other professionals, court appearances, school visits, psychological testing or assessments.  It is your responsibility to preauthorize treatment with your insurance company.  Authorized insurance visits cover a clinical hour (45-50 minutes). Therefore, I will keep track of our hour. If my schedule permits and you choose to extend your session time, you will be responsible  for charges incurred after the 50 minutes. Alternative Payment Plans Individuals  who do not want me to bill their insurance company may choose one of the payment plans described below: Discounts $25 discount is available for those who pay for each session as service is rendered Installment Plan $60 of chargeable fees is to be paid at every session.  The $50 balance per session may  be paid in installments (the same amount that was paid per month while in treatment) after treatment ends.  A credit limit of $600 will be extended. A late charge of $5.00 will be added to balances each month if payment is not made within the month. Using private  pay eliminates the effects of a psychiatric diagnosis and ensures progress at  your own individual pace. Information will be private unless you chose to release it.
